Jenny has worked in the field of accounting for more than twenty years. She was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and has held a practicing certificate for the past ten years. She is a taxation specialist with extensive practical experience in the application and interpretation of taxation legislation. Over the past ten years, Jenny has developed a professional specialty in the Body Corporate industry, advising bodies corporate, building managers and allied professional on all aspects of accounting, income tax and GST matters relevant to the industry.
Jenny is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. This will ensure that Strataworld is imbued with the highest level of corporate governance with quality outcomes. She is strongly committed to the implementation and maintenance of “best practice” in the delivery of services to a consistently high standard.
From her six years with a first tier accounting firm to the last ten years as a partner in a boutique accounting firm, Jenny has been involved with a client base that includes residential developments of all sizes, commercial complexes and multi-national resort developers and operators. In addition, Jenny has gained extensive experience in the specialist area of management rights.

Ian has worked as a Body Corporate Manager since 1997 and has undertaken the establishment and administration of all forms of bodies corporate. Ian may provide assistance to Developers in the establishment of schemes to ensure realistic and workable budgeting, Management Rights Agreements and By-laws through to the establishment of a body corporate and sale onto individual owners.
Ian has been involved as a Body Corporate Manager in numerous Assignments of Management Rights and actions against builders via the Building Services Authority. Ian is cognizant with the requirements of the legal profession in these matters while ensuring the best interest’s of bodies corporate are maintained.
Through these experiences, Ian has developed a thorough knowledge of the BCCMA and his personable approach with committees enables effective working relationships and continuity of service. His background in accountancy has ensured critical attention to detail in all financial matters and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ian is the Director in charge of the Brisbane office, and is responsible to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of service to all clients.
ALAN BUCKLE - B Bus Mgmt Comm., Commissioner of Declarations., Development Director
Alan has had more than 18 years experience providing advice and service to the body corporate management industry in many states of Australia as well as in parts of the Asian region.
Alan has considerable experience administering the most complex bodies corporate and has been noted for his expertise as a pioneer within the industry. He was the first Body Corporate Manager to establish and administer bodies corporate under the Sanctuary Cove Resort Act, Integrated Resort Development Act, South Bank Corporation Act and the Mixed Use Development Act.
Alan's solid reputation as a quality service provider stems from the many years of experience he has gained with existing bodies corporate and his steadfast commitment to the highest level of achievement.
His direct involvement from the earliest stage of development design through to registration of the plan, managing purchaser enquiries for settlement and body corporate administration, affords the client with a continuity essential to the successful incorporation and operation of any body corporate.
Alan is a member of the Development Industry of Australia(UDIA), a licensed member of the New South Wales Institute of Strata Title Management and is also a Practitioner Member of the CTIQ
DAVID MORRIS -
BCom., GradDip (Real Estate), GAICD, Director and Corporate Licencee (Newcastle)
Since 1997 David has worked as a consultant to the strata industry in NSW. He is respected for his logical, considered and financially sound approach to the establishment and ongoing administration of strata schemes, focusing on sound financial management, including setting and maintaining realistic budgets. Experience in the corporate world gives David an edge when dealing with large and complex schemes.
Backed up with exceptional financial, analytical, administrative, problem solving, change management and conflict resolution expertise developed of strategic and tactical levels, and licenses to operate at the most senior level in the finance industry in Australia, the United States, Hong Kong and Taiwan, David has skills rarely found which are much valued in the strata and community title industry.
David is specialised in the administration of schemes under the
- Strata Schemes Development Act 1996 and Strata Schemes Management Act Amended Version 2002 (NSW)
- Community Land Development Act 1989 and Community Land Management Act 1989 (NSW)
Specific knowledge of the Corporations Law, the Managed Investment Act and ongoing Corporate Law Reform are further areas of specialised knowledge.
David is President of the NSW Institute of Strata Title Management and holds a number of external directorships, including within publicly listed groups. He is also an Associate Australian Society CPA’s, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute Company Directors and a Licensed Strata and Community Title Managing Agent
