Eynesbury Station – Melbourne is believed to be one of Australia’s biggest body corporate developments with up to 2,900 residential lots, golf course with club house, equestrian centre, retail areas and extensive environmental areas.
Darwin City Waterfront – Will be the Territory’s largest mixed use development. Early planning reveals up to 1,400 residential lots, convention and exhibition centre, cultural centre, commercial and retail areas, marina, together with substantial private and public recreation facilities.
In both projects, innovative and suitable titling and operational structures will be created and managed with Strataworld and Ernst playing major roles accordingly.

Such a facility is now available through the combined efforts of StrataMax Pty Ltd (body corporate management software supplier) and Strataworld.
This means you can at any time and anywhere in the world: -
- check and pay your levies (including via credit card and direct debit);
- check and notify us of name and address changes;
- obtain copies of minutes or other body corporate documents;
- obtain immediate disclosure statements and information certificates to aid in the contracting and selling of lots;
- and much more.

Strataworld Growth Plans
Due to the recent boom in the Body Corporate property industry in Australia, Strataworld is expanding its operations and now operate 7 offices. Plans are well advanced to open an office in Melbourne to administer projects on which we are currently consulting on.
Changing Legislative Environment QLD, NSW, VIC & NT
As the world of bodies corporate increases, Governments are realising laws must also reflect the requirements and sophistication of the Industry.
Consequently, QLD, NSW and VIC State Governments are currently reviewing and making planned changes to their state laws. With respect to the Northern Territory, the government is always reviewing its legislation to ensure it meets the needs of the Territory.
